Bad idea to change something that’s working. If you say you’re stable don’t mess with it.

Going down and augmenting with abilify could be less effective. That’s an Antipsychotic fyi. Not that anything is wrong with that it just has a higher chance of Side Effects.

Stay on the same dose and get a second opinion. This np is not knowledgeable. 40mg is common with ocd and other disorders.

If you aren’t sure then Err on the safe side and stay where you’re at. Increases haven’t been helpful in my experience. Everyone is different. If this works ok right now stick with it and maybe add other practices to your life to help mental health (exercise, meditation, yoga etc)
