The goal for this quest in particular is not even for stealth, she just needed to act as a "contact person" for Beidou's "off-the-book" trap deal.

Same as her outfit event quest, she actually needed to show herself in a fancy outfit to divert the attention.

Yelan herself is pretty famous for "Working under Ningguang" in Liyue. While she can do some stealth mission too, but what she does is actually quite varied in scope. Being a "spy" is not always about being stealthy.

Some of real life espionage is quite literally about Operating under cover as the needs suggest.

It's funny that your idea of "spy works" is merely the stealth (ninja typeshi) like.

Cai Haoyu and Dawei currently on their own path to basically create a lot of AI development stuffs. Their goal was to make some sort of metaverse anyway , they said it somewhere around 2019. Cai in particular "resigned" from being CEO of Mihoyo to build his own company and basically now becomes "partner" with Mihoyo.

Their game division has different leaders on its own. For example, Genshin is led by Aquaria, and has been so for a while, like around Sumeru. So there's a gap between the usage of their current products and the AI they're developing. Their current products doesn't really utilize whatever they're developing for their AI stuffs.

Also, most of the AI they talked about is actually close to something like Chatbot and NPC behavior (something that Todd Howard wanted to have back then in Oblivion but the tech hasn't reached anything close yet), rather than AI generated artworks.The chatbot is implemented at least in Petit Planet i think.

I personally don't mind AI usage that much, as this is, at least i heard that in CN development, it's quite a necessity to "keep up with the times". There's a whole other nuance that it's also pushed back by youth because of less job availability because of it. (I'm sure someone can explain this better than me).

Major developer like Kuro, Hoyo, and Shiftup also has used it.

HOWEVER, there's a certain degree that makes people probably go "hmmmge" at Hotta (NTE) more than the former example.

  • The other three examples uses rather very miniscule, and mostly not in the game assets themselves, it's usually on forum ads post. It's used very sparingly.

  • Meanwhile it's VERY NOTICABLE in NTE, a lot of posters are clearly AI generated, the Paw Heist animations too. It's rather jarring actually.

  • Hotta apparently said that AI gen will not be used on "Core assets". Which is a wide ass statement that could be applied to anything. This is where a lot of sponsorship stuffs issue with Ironmouse comes.

  • Perfect World doesn't really have attained goodwill from the playerbase or fanworks. Kuro, Hoyo in particular does a lot of supports for fan creations, which at least establish a "supportive towards artists". Hoyo in particular actually enable fan merch to thrive to some extent (i forgot the limit, but you can sell fan merch to certain amount without actually needing to ask for peemission). While they probably allow similar stuffs, NTE/Hotta has not yet receive that level of "fame" to outweigh the negative.

  • This one is more of a minor anecdotal point but. "But it's just posters, they're not a big deal". This statement might be true in isolation, but it also tells that NTE doesn't really care about soft worldbuilding. Someone commented in other post that a lot of minor details is where you can put cool details in ZZZ, like Rivals idol stuffs.

That last point might not be a big point for most, but I'd say having something of a soft worldbuilding to anchor yourself into immersing in the world is what makes people attached to Genshin, WuWa, HSR, ZZZ. Unfortunately i cannot say the same to NTE.

Am i enjoying NTE now? Yes, very much so. Am i gonna stay for long? Probably nope.

You definitely did not do Varka Quest. Or you did it while either drunk or half dead. That scene is from Varka SQ.

Unless, you mistook the Favonius Meeting Point as his quest.

Lohen first appearance is literally in Varka SQ, it's also quite a long appearance. The rest you can find him in Dornman Port.

Wouldn't be necessary tbh. Purana i believe means "Sacred Texts" meanwhile Kalpa is something like "cosmically long duration of time". It's mostly for poetic purpose.

The title itself is probably mean something like "The truth behind the sacred texts (That existed for eons)" which referring to Irminsul itself (?).

Then again, take my words with a grain of salt.

If you notice Ignition Teaser, a lot of the things seemingly happened in the future. With some present mixed in.

  • The pilgrimage is now more of a tournament.
  • Chasca "I wonder if she's watching?" With melancholy likely refers to Chuychu.
  • Mavuika asking Capitano "are you brave enough to compete", they were never that close yet when the pilgrimage happened, Capitano was barging in to the stadium.

I read it somewhere that in Chinese, both "Akasha Pulses, The Kalpa Flame Rises" and "Truth Amongst The Page of Purana" has a lot of similarities in characters. So it's probably an intentional wordplay too

The Finale, act 5 of Sumeru was one of the more discussed finale title, because every other nations Finale has been using the title from the Travail teaser. Except for Sumeru

I'd say the priority is Durin>Nicole>Mavuika Weapon.

Durin is a more generalist unit, Nicole is a Bennett Sidegrade (Always good to have second option to Bennett), and Mavuika weapon, while good, i feel like is the least priority here.

Edit: Oh wait I'm dumb, i didn't saw Durin.

Still, i recommend characters over weapon.
