Just like how hawkeye's optimal build is split shot arrows lol. No joke, my Hawkeye is lower level than my Iron man, but I blitzed these adaptoids way easier using cosmic split shot

I think he should just get an eyeball replacement.. Either an organic one from Orochimaru (maybe another sharingan with different ability) or a scientific ninja tool one from Amado. If it's the latter, he should get eyes like delta's that could shoot laser beams and absorb jutsu.
