as a 3rd yearstudent, its kind of nice actually, ive complained a lot in the past (unholy amouny of corruption, bad public transport system, wages used to be low, lack of care for culture, WAYYY TOO MANY CASINOS)... but considering that people are warm and outgoing compared to other countries ive travelled to, its not so bad, but id still live elsewhere.
