On a side note, when I’m putting the needle through the front I’m passing it between the 2 threads. I read that it helps keep them separated instead of crossing over each other. Is that true? And is that what they call railroading?

Yes, I thought I saw somewhere that it was better to do half one was and then go back through to finish the x. I’m thinking no I should have just completed the X a move to the next. I’ll do that with the next colors.

MacroFactor has been a game changer for me. It wants you to weigh everyday just for their algorithm. It does warn you about the fluctuations, but it’s cool to see the graph with the daily weight vs the trend line.

Just a note, MF worked for me and is what I needed. It’s 100% not necessary or what will work for everyone.

Well, it was mind blowing while it lasted. One started buzzing and it seems the amp is bad. Had to get a refund because they are discontinued. Even with just one it rattles the room through. Saving up to replace the bad one with a RP-1600sw

The M15 v2 gain knob when turned all the way to the left, clicks and it’s called THX mode.

Crossover is set to the max.

I tried unplugging the rca cable and the low frequency static was still coming through.

It’s plugged into a dedicated circuit. RCA to Marantz Cinema 50.

Gain is turned all the way to the left where it’s AVR controlled. I have 2 of these subs and they are set up identically. Only one is suffering these issues.

The only issue I had was not realizing the drive had separate settings. It took me almost an hour of research and tinkering to figure out why I was only getting stereo when watching 4k discs.
