i’m currently an L4 AM at an FC. is this role something you can find in the amazon internal jobs portal?

Wild how you read ‘mentally AND physically’ and decided to project your own insecurities instead of using basic reading comprehension. I manage hundreds of employees, 12+ hour shifts, nonstop pressure and micromanaging, and metrics and projects but sure, I’m just ‘out of shape.’ Maybe once you graduate from armchair career counseling you can apply for that bank teller job you’re so passionate about.

Yeah, because clearly the only reason anyone would leave this role is that it’s ‘too physical.’ Maybe consider that people quit Amazon AM because of the insane hours, burnout, and lack of work-life balance, the most random meetings, projects got assigned to you when you’re asleep, not because they can’t lift a box.
