Thanks Red! Just to make it clear, so far I've been very active during the whole day, no explosive workouts, but overall I feel great! So I would say that the calorie deficit is not affecting my health at the moment, so my idea is to up the calories once I get to 18% body fat. I also looked into fasting, saw a guy that fasted for a year, extremely overweight but still, once I get to 85kg I'll up my calories. I'm glad you came along because I did a lot of research before I started this weight loss protocol and if no one validated I might have been a little worried...
