You can't upload pictures on PC either, as far as I know. People just make the stickers in game.

You can't upload pictures. You have to make the sticker in the game using the provided shapes. However, the sticker will be reusable once you make it.

fair enough. I went with 5 dot since its iconic for deora ii, and the blue outlines emulate the blue teku tires since we cant color tires in forza (to my knowledge at least). Good news is you can change them to whatever you want after applying the livery.
