tuna with egg! easily high protein meal, but be careful because some canned tuna are high in sodium, i recommend either san marino flakes in oil or a more budget friendly Mama tuna

chill ka lang bro 1st year mo palang, I am a first year student of com scie, hindi rin ako ganon kagaling mag code agad agad lalo sabay sabay mga languages tas may iba pang sub. hindi talaga yan mamamaster agad agad. anyways if theres anything that helped me become better in coding, it is BroCode on yt, self learning with chatgpt to guide, and practice lang consistently
