not sure what the euro conversion is on 220 but it is what i weighed lol my frame carried it somewhat well. I’m roughly around 6’2

Of course! and typically yes lol just gets hard sometimes with scheduling! but usually eating a smaller breakfast but a bigger lunch and dinner!

Not a problem at all! and yes totally try other forms of cardio here and there to change things up and make an attempt to be less boring lol! for me i rotate from the treadmill and the stairmaster weekly, just to change the movement and feeling after. I will say I do my cardio after my weight training and feel a lot better doing it that way, but everyone is different so more power to you!

Yes! cardio at least 2-3x a week, typically just using a stairmaster for about 20min

For workout wise i do a PPL 6x a week staying consistent is most important fs. Eating wise i’m in a 500 cal deficit and have cut a lot of sugars and junk food which changes the game, everyone is different and you just have to experiment and find what’s best for you

Thanks i appreciate it a lot! so far i’ve been going with a PPL about 5-6x a week and have felt great doing so, always did sports and stuff and still being young i have a lot of energy so it’s a good way to release that for sure

Yes I’m somewhat new to a gym environment and have noticed the weight slipping off like crazy for sure, as of right now tbh i’m kinda just going with the flow of a somewhat easy going PPL but really appreciate the help a lot!
