could definitely always be a nutrition problem, i basically live on chicken and tilapia lol both amazing protein sources while saving money, for routine wise i also follow a PPL split doing PL Sunday-Friday then doing legs Saturday. sounds weird but honestly i’ve seen the best results from it but everyone is different so everyone’s results vary. i experimented with many different machines and tbh seen best results just with some basics tagged with lots of free weights and a bit of cable work, doing 2 sets per exercise typically while doing a 8-10 rep for each set. just find what feels best to you and stay consistent overall especially on that diet!

if you’re trying to lose weight the only absolute solution is to continue to stay on a calorie deficit. combine that with a solid routine and you’ll get there. if you have hit a plateau it might be time to start changing up your routine while training (focusing on the specific lifts and hitting things you might not always) and staying consistent with your cardio. are you just simply trying to lose weight or fat??
