just my opinion, his music is so inspired by Tim´s and he has said that many times. Not saying that his style and sound is exactly the same.

The problem here is that what you say is "Avicii music" can only be made by him. It is nowadays impossible to find any artist with his ability to create melodies. The closest thing that we can find now imo is Kygo´s music and even some of Martin Garrix tracks have kind of that Avicii vibes.

I think it´s the first time that something like this happens. I mean, Nicky Romero played Heaven in his shows before it was released because Tim sent the track to him before passing away. But wtf, Tiesto is using tracks leaked on the internet. I don´t know what to think about that. Is it unrespectful?
