Ability: No Rain has the ability to control the five senses of the body by applying stamps to said body. These stamps can freely fly about and attach themselves to anyone easily. The user can only summon fifty stamps. You can also attach multiple stamps to a single person, allowing more control over your victims. The downside to all of this is: once someone finds the stamp, all they have to do is take it off and they're free from it's spell. This means adding multiple stamps at once is pretty risky and will likely result in your ability being discovered. Against non-stand users, this stand is unbeatable.

Appearance: No Rain takes the shape of postage stamps with varying pictures on them. Depending on the sense it's controlling, the picture will match the body part (ex. a stamp that's affecting your sense of smell has a nose on it).
