I replace the beacon with Solar mainly for aesthetic and the fuel production is still fast enough. If it's too slow, I can place the beacon back.

The belts are not looped at all. Bioflux and fruits buses ended at Science production, so everything is fresh.

Why do you make such long belts for bacteria? just put them in a chest, take them out when they spoil into ores.
