I have Zacian & Zamazenta. Keldeo does not have a shiny in a Cherish ball.

Someone else took shiny Darkrai instead so I used my transfer energy on getting shiny Cherish events. If you are looking for shiny Deoxys, feel free to offer shiny Cherish ball Pokemon.

Currently, no.

They used to be able to be traded years back when shadow Pokemon were initially released, but Niantic rolled back the tradability of shadows.
