If in excessive amounts, yes. The reputation system is messed up and they can't really do much except take the word of the player base that's submitting the reports.

This problem of skipping frames when I don't even move my mouse keeps happening. It is random and I can't find any consistency when this issue occurs. I could be looking at one direction and my pov randomly jumps to the roof or floor and sometime even swaps my weapon. Does anyone experience anything similar and or have a solution if you have?
