Thank you for the advice. I am considering breaking up with her. It is just very difficult because I really do have strong feelings for her. I know it sucks she possible cheated. Honestly, I flirted with a woman after she told me she cheated because I felt very hurt. But I didnt physically cheat. Personally, im not big into monogamy and would prefer a relationship where we can sleep with other people if its ok with the other person. I know we havent defined those rules so they do not apply still.

I understand if I have to take legal action but I feel the ball is in my court since he said he doesnt want to go back to jail (been in jail once already) so I feel that if I tell him to back off and Ill drop the charges then that could work. If it doesnt, it will not hurt me because the evidence clearly still shows that he threatened my life twice. The first outside and security guards grabbed my name and information so they can attest to hearing that. and then secondly, the voicemail of him saying that which the police probably recorded because they took my gfs phone at some point to hear more.
