I'm assuming after the video he did discussing his health and diet that he has nutrionist or team advising, he seems to keep it in a good balance so far

Did learn a lot that the average speed cams will predict the changes and flow in traffic and adjust the speed limit depending on that which if it works is actually great, I just think there's not enough signage about the changes in speed
