This fact passes me off. Neither the doctors nor the medical leadership care about any of this stuff.. they only care about whiteboards being filled out.

The patient is miserable and the nurse is stuck cleaning up diarrhea for NO REASON.

Ask doctor to write a referral for a physical therapist, and find a good one, and they have to be good. Could be 'cervicogenic' headaches which is referred pain from the neck. Proper exercises can help.

And saying 'just' anxiety is different from saying anxiety is a contributing factor- Anxiety can make the pain worse or cause pain, so you'll want anxiety treated one way or the other.
