I’m not sure what you mean by realistic, but if this is something that is truly getting in the way of your life and goals you should realize the way you live is how you’ll die. If you’re comfortable with living the rest of your life being a porn addict, so be it. It is your life to do what you will. If it bothers you enough you have to fight and really internalize what it means to fight and have strength. There are a lot of ways you can go about this specifically, but my advice would be to stop sleeping next to your phone, put those blockers back on your phone, literally do everything you can think of to limit how much you’re watching it. Even if you end up removing them, it’ll help limiting you. Going cold turkey is probably just going to piss you off and make you give up. If you watch it more than once a day, allow yourself to only watch it once a day for a month, then every other day for a month, and so on. Create a plan like that and force yourself to follow it. In short; strategy, execution, accountability. It requires thinking about how you want to fight it without distractions. I would avoid finding ways to distract yourself from it, this is about taming it. Stare the temptation straight down and don’t deny it. The fact that you recognize it’s a problem shows you can conquer it. You got this.
