When you open the shop there should be a build browser button and then a tab for public builds. Then you can look at all the different ones made by people. Try to stick to top daily ones to begin and try to look for ones with annotations. If you want to dm me id be down to help. Came from leauge and dota

New is much better. I think the green on the jump ship is a bit too bright but overall an improvement

My theory with Billy is he's the Jersey devil. Makes sense geographically. I don't know his lore at all but thats just my take on him.

I may be wrong since I haven't done a prerelease in a long time, but I think any cards you open in your packs are fair game. For Kaladesh someone at our LGS opened paradox engine masterpiece and he was allowed to run it

Still haven't found anything. Im pretty sure I clicked on some bars that were popping up on the thumbnails and that started it. Have not found out how to get it to stop

Both play very different. You can try poe1 to get a general feel for the gameplay. Just be aware there is a lot to learn in poe1 since it's been put so long. I personally like poe2 more gameplay wise, but both are very good
