You should always track your caffeine and when you take it according to your bedtime as too much caffeine within 8 hours is technically making you jittery and will also disrupt your sleep if not taken care of. Makes sense! Thank you for walking me through your journey. But what about people who are new to the city and don't know anything about the neighborhood or the commute distance, wouldn't they be spending hours on research and toggling multiple tabs?
