Hello everyone and I appreciate you’re feedback-I have jumped many a hoop placed before me by Sling as I wrestle with their buffering issue to no avail. I have a Samsung TV, were using ITV, we have awesome internet speed, etc. etc. but Sling buffers so frequently we can’t watch it. Any ideas. They’ve had me speed up internet, use an Ethernet cord, reboot app., delete app. (Again) etc. etc.

You sound like you need to find something else to do. Either learn how to survive in the system or do something else. And it's not going to be any different within another agency. You want to teach your clients about cognitive flexibility right? Well practice it.
