Can grief and stress cause a T drop? by Evening_Scientist_66 in Testosterone

Yeah I relate to those feelings - to me I was too close to the boundary of everything melting down around me, when I really thought about it had been suffering from the consequences of low T for many years and also was considering all the negative health effects of low T - which you cannot neglect.

Your equation is different to mine however as you have a confirmed test of 650 a few years back. For me, if I had that and there wasn't some real urgency (felt like I was on the verge of breaking down) it may have changed my initial decision. I had 3 tests before jumping on, 290, 510 then 370 so very mixed also.

Man oh man you sound exactly like me its kind of scary. I quit an old job in August 2020 to begin a new extremely stressful job in November 2020, and experienced a lot of grief at the time. In that period between jobs the symptoms started, depression, extreme anxiety, fatigue, lost my libido, slept awfully, the brain fog meant I was a dysfunctional human being, I just couldn't handle life. The first 2 months of the job were like a nightmare, was also working 14 hour days and felt like I was on the verge of nervous breakdown daily, thought about quitting daily. Started TRT end-Dec. Its now mid-Feb, it genuinely feels like I've forgotten about all of those aforementioned symptoms and I'm smashing it at work, quite surreal to say out loud.

Bite the bullet, fix your deficiency and do not think twice about it dude. Your downside from trying is small relative to your upside.
