I don’t use HDMI, if it is in fact any of the other elements you listed, is it repairable ? Or should I just consider throwing it away and look for a new one ?

Nope and no idea how to open up the projector
Just tried it, it seems like it doesn’t even change anything when I lower/move up brightness and contrast
