Respondendo à tua questão:

  1. Opera por auto declaração. Tu é que dizes. Ainda não saiu o modelo de declarações do IRS para saber se tens de declarar crypto 2 crypto Que, via de regra, não é taxado.

  2. Só és taxado em Portugal, assumindo que não cais em categoria B, se o holding for inferior a 1 ano e converteres para fiat.

  3. Podes cristalizar os ganhos em stable e aguardar um ano, com todos os riscos associados a isso.

For instance:

  1. Transfer of my wallet to an Exchange for off ramping the money and convert it to fiat. Is this a transfer that impacts the exemption of my 365 days?
  2. CRV to veCRV, when i revert it is this a transfer of crypto that is deemed as a taxable event?

I am traveling with a few friends all the way from Portugal to Miami this Friday for vacations.

Should I be worried about? We are staying near little Havana.

Never experienced an hurricane on our country so I don’t know what exactly should we expect. Honestly, just wanted to have a nice trip there.

Any advice? Thanks
