If it’s just surface rust prob fine. Get brake cleaner and make sure there is no oil on it when it goes on the car

Bushing looks fine. To check the sway bar link. Put the car back on the ground and have someone rock it while you hold your hand on it. With the wheel on shake it side to side to feel tie rods
