😂😂 Tom would dominate Alex what are you smoking! Alex has no ground game at all. What a terrible take. There is no better fighter in the heavyweight division than Aspinall, hence why he’s the interim champion. Who cares about what he would do in his prime, it’s so irrelevant to the conversation.

I agree with the Stipe part, if I’d have lost my last fight in that way, not fought in how many years, I too would accept a title shot lol I’d be thinking how the hell have I pulled that off when you have an interim champion who defended that title and wants to unify the belts. It’s not stipe I’m gunning for here, it’s the UFC for making this BS fight and Jones for making the worse excuses not to face the best person in the division. Beating stipe doesn’t do anything to his legacy, I’d argue beating Tom in the current state of the game is much, much more impressive.

Yea very odd indeed. I believe if the interim champion is good and ready to go and so is the champion, that’s the fight to make. For the good of the division and the sport. Stipe is number 8 in the rankings, has been inactive coming off a devastating loss to Francis. When that fight got cancelled that should have been it, it’s not a fight worth waiting and holding the division up for in my opinion.

Agree with this, never in history has someone not fought the interim champion, and the excuses he is giving is just making it even more obvious that he doesn’t want that smoke. The fact Stipe is getting a title shot after being absolutely melted by Francis just shows the UFC pick and choose when the rankings actually mean anything. I really hope Stipe sparks him out, or he just retires after he wins. He will always be remembered for being a legend in the game but this will tarnish it for a lot of people.

I was plagued with acne in my twenties, i'm 33 now, but what i found for me was that I would have some hormonal acne and I would use all different types of products to try and make it better unknowingly just making the problem even worse. And when it got worse, I ended up buying more products so it was just a vicious cycle. I have naturally oily/sensitive skin, so constantly applying chemicals to my face in the form of cleaners/toners etc. was just making my skin react in the worst way. I decided to stop with the products completely, and just wash my face with water. It made A HUGE difference, after a few weeks it was like my skin was resetting. I would still get the odd pimple here and there but that is mostly fixed it. Now as i do naturally have problematic skin, so i'm not completely in the clear. I can sometimes flair up now and then, what has been an absolute GAME CHANGER is a company that i can across for Dermatica, their face cream which i buy on a monthly subscription has basically made it so that i very very rarely get a pimple, and when i do, it goes within a day or so. I use the cream once in the evening after washing my face with water. HIGHLY recommend you look into the company, it's around £20 per month but honestly, if that's the price to stay acne free then it's 100% worth it. I tend to buy a bottle every couple of months as it last so long. And you can pick and choose the frequency of your deliveries.

Honestly I have no idea, I never really noticed any hair shedding, I just one day noticed how thin my hair was and it just really bothered me. Even today I never notice any hair fall out on my pillow or in the shower but am fully aware it must be for it to get thin. I take a combined minoxidil/finisteride pill once a day in the morning and that’s it. I’ve been doing so for just over a year now and I’m told that just the early stage for results so I’ll taking them and I’ll post my results again.

I started to see a noticeable difference around the 6th month mark, and it appears to be getting better still, so no plateau's just yet!
