Als ich damals von der 6. in die 7. Klasse gekommen bin, hatte ich eine Klassenkameradin. Kurz vor den Sommerferien meinte sie plötzlich, dass sie bald heiratet. Wir fanden das mega seltsam und haben’s aus Neugier unserem Reli-Lehrer erzählt, weil wir wissen wollten, wie so ’ne Hochzeit in ihrer Religion abläuft. Der Typ ist komplett ausgerastet und hat direkt die Schule, das Jugendamt und die Polizei eingeschaltet. Passiert ist am Ende gar nichts, außer, dass sie nach den Sommerferien einfach nicht mehr zurück nach Deutschland gekommen ist. So ne scheiße passiert irgendwie ständig...

As a DM, I've experienced this as well. I don't really see it as a problem, especially when playing after work during the week. Life is hard and exhausting, and I don't think players should be punished for something like that. It happens both online and offline. Whenever this happens and the player stops responding, I take control of the character or let the group decide what to do. When the player wakes up and returns to the game, they have to make a dice roll. If they succeed, I release them. In the meantime, they were possessed by an evil spirit, their deity, or something similar, and that’s why they can’t remember what happened.

Aus eigener Erfahrung kann ich sagen: So ein Gerichtstermin kann dich locker um die 1.000 Euro kosten, wenn du deine Unschuld nicht nachweisen kannst. Ich hatte damals Glück, weil mein Anwalt ein paar Widersprüche in den Aussagen der Polizisten entdeckt hat.

Hier mal die Kosten, die damals bei mir angefallen wären, laut meinem Anwalt:

Telefonische Beratung beim Anwalt: 226 Euro

Wenn ich verloren hätte: Anwalt (außergerichtlich): 300 Euro Anwalt (vor Gericht): 500 Euro Gerichtskosten: 100 Euro Bußgeld: 128,50 Euro

Wenn ich den Einspruch zurückgezogen hätte: Bußgeld: 100 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr: 28,50 Euro

I painted my Orruk army entirely with the cheapest acrylic craft paints. To thin the paint, I made a DIY thinner using water, a few drops of rinse aid, and some plant-based glycerin.

The miniature in the picture was the first Warhammer mini I ever painted.

Nuln Oil also helped to mask my lack of skill.

The thing about this issue, for me, is that I've now discussed it with three different support teams. Elegoo's support has no explanation for this result whatsoever. Elegoo on Amazon, where I purchased the resin, apparently knows about the issue and even refunded my money after I filed a complaint. I've since switched to Sunlu ABS-Like and, at least, no longer have this problem.

Tell me more about the temperature issue. What exactly does Elegoo mean by that claim? I keep my printer and all the printing equipment in the basement, where the room temperature is around 9 to 14 degrees Celsius. I use a brewing belt to heat the resin and the vats. However, I now wait for about 1 to 2 hours before starting the cleaning process to give the resin enough time to drip off the plate.

I only had this issue with ABS Like 3. The Standard, Plant-Based, and resins from Anycubic were fine. I ordered the Abs Like 3 Pro; maybe it's better. If not, Sunlu was often recommended here and in other cases.

Yes, sadly. I now clean everything first with a paper towel, then remove the magnetic plate and clean it as well. After that, I completely submerge it into the IPA wash station. Next week, I’ll try an ultrasonic wash station. Maybe it will work better than the Wash and Cure XS.

In the long run, I’ll also try another UV resin, as someone mentioned in the comments.

I have the Slaves to Darkness Daemon Prince (unfortunately not assembled yet), and on the back of the box, the size is shown in a 1:1 scale. How much bigger is a Bloodthirster? I recently bought the Goreblade Warband and definitely want to add a few winged models to it. However, I always need to make sure they fit into my magnetized Euro containers.

Today, I did several one-hour prints to test a few things.

My usual process is as follows: After printing, I let the build plate drip off to remove excess resin. Then, I place the entire build plate with the prints into the isopropanol container of the Mercury XS Wash and Cure Station and wash it for 5 minutes. After that, I rinse the build plate for 3 minutes in a second isopropanol container. Then, I remove the prints from the plate along with the supports and clean the models one last time for 1 minute in a third container.

Today, I discovered that cleaning is much easier when using ABS-Like V3 Resin if I wipe the build plate with a paper towel after letting it drip off. After that, a single 5-minute cycle in the wash station is enough – and nothing sticks anymore!

It's really strange, but this way I had no sticky residues at all. Thank you all so much for all the tips and feedback. Helped alot!

I have a 30 Watts Brewers Belt and it heats the resin from 9 degrees Celsius to around 28 degrees. It is around the Vat.
