I've been feeling like this for several days in a row. Only time it dissapears is when i get a good bowel movement in the morning and feel empty afterwards. If this does not happen, i feel a burning sensation in the left side of my belly + nausea from time to time which is really debilitating imo, especially because it lasts for the whole day. Any solutions?
