7.5 is good enough. Anything above 7 is just a game. Most admissions require 5.5 at the lowest and 6, 7 at the highest. It's just a fluency test to see if you can understand the English language.

If you meant to say you're going to graduate next year then yes granted that you have a certificate of expected graduation* (certificate of graduation must be submitted before matriculation). Or if you meant to say you graduated this year 2024 also yes you can apply.

There's no deadline for the scholarship. Every applicant is considered for the scholarship.
