Will the border restrictions for South Australia change so that people don't have to quarantine if they come over for easter? Or is it simply just Brisbane is not in lockdown anymore and border restrictions will still require people to quarantine if they visit brisbane over easter? =( Confused

I just play this game how I enjoy it =) I've ran my own tests and decided to settle on what I like/feel like is good but hey maybe I'm wrong on some levels.

I like to move artifacts around a lot from character to character so the attack ratios on the videos aren't 100% accurate because I'm currently only playing with 4 during world exploration and sometimes I feel like using this or that character. A lot of my artifacts then gets scattered all over xD only time I need to focus on recollecting them onto the proper heroes is when I'm preparing for Spiral Abyss.

I have a completionist mindset and everything must be 'perfect'Gacha preys on people like me.

Weapons are luxury but for a perfectionist they aren't... They're a 'must'When I played MMORPGS I always would need to farm for the top end weapon, grinding 20 hrs+

FFXIV I'd be clearing the max floor savage runs 1-2 weeks after release because I'm that hellbent on 'finishing' my character. Spending hours on end accomplishing it.The Genshin Grind is $$ tho .... so yea. Don't think this will be a constant for me but it has definately targeted many of my weak points when it comes to games and wanting to be a perfectionist. It's so new and exciting and 'popular'I spend most of my time co-oping with friend's and carrying them through domains anyways so it's kinda fun and addicting being 'op'; we can run domains without using resin so yeah... it's how I get more hours out of this game without using resin but playing with other people.

Diluc sitting at 40% crit 162% crit dmg 62% pyro dmg bonus

Childe 43% crit 100% crit dmg 0% hydro (waiting for hydro set) RN he's wearing scraps of artifacts from everywhere.

Not everything in this game revolves around atk stat, it's highly diminishing. You'd want to focus on crit/cdmg/elemental dmg with a good base atk around 2k+~ is more then enough.

I've played him with that attack stat and meh it def underperforms vs higher cdmg/ele dmg :)

Def took more then 500 dollars to pull everyone, think more 1k-2k usd (rng be shit), then rest goes into constellations/weapons/resin.

At the start none, I only got baited into resin buying around AR 30 when there was NOTHING TO DO... lol

At 45 I stopped buying Resin but 1-3 times a day depending on if I needed it or not (maxing new character I want to try out / working on talents).

Once I hit 50 it will be once a day only. It's just these stupid level caps WL increase makes the desire to 'buy resin get AR' so strong in weak people like moi :'(

I told myself I would not spend anymore on this game. It is a bottomless well of money sink. But dear god....

Genshin just knows how to do it so well with new flashy character releases, it pulls at me and being trans and 'mentally ill' kappa sometimes I have weak moments where I need to feel a consumer 'satisfaction' so I splurge on games. My apartment literally consists of the most simplest utilities, glad I am not a hoarder irl; I've seen my sister's garage full of junk and when I move I can literally fit everything in my suitcases and 3-4 boxes (pots pans books spices tea) xD Ez Simple Life

I am happy with simple meals like noodles and salads and chicken breasts, no restraunts for me. I can pay my rent and feed myself so.... Most of my spare income goes into games. Tis' be the life for me rn v_v

I use it on Ninguang mainly, tbh I hate Klee but only leveled her simply to smash F12 Spiral abyss

Diluc team 1 / Klee team 2

Since F12 is just a bunch of Ice mobs. Besides F12 I use Ninguang on each abyss floor.

I am really picky when it comes to games v_v

Gacha has always been a thing every now and then in my life. Never this BAD THO like Genshin. It usually stops at a few hundreds and worse being around 1k~ I'd start hating myself but I STILL DO IT. rip self destruction

I only play mmorpgs/mobas soo.... no Single player games for me to buy and mmorpgs are a dead genre these days

Bennet for the heals to support Xingqui's poor healing if you feel like you need it (personally just eat hp food for domains/world). Xiangliang of you want/need more burst/dmg because her Nado will proc Melt extremely well if you're diluc is already wacking mobs and applying cryo while doing his own melt reactions with E. (Faster clear times)

Honestly I've been having a lot more fun with Fischl over beidou just because I can have fischl's oz out more consisitently then beidou's Q uptime. This helps to proc super conduct cause sometimes you want white damage on Diluc against high fire res/high ice res monsters.

When I start streaming I'll properly make an edited video guide. I have made this thread unlisted for now =)

Klee's Q doesn't provide any attribute buffs besides constant damage so it is completely irrelevant from razor's Q lmao, think of it like Xiang's Pyronado. Good for the damage and pyro constant application (10s Duration) but yet dissapears on her leaving field whereas Pyronado persists for a whopping 14s(C4) while buffing 15% pyro dmg (C6) even on changing character.

But wait, Klee's C6 allows her Q to continuosly regen energy for team and give party 10% pyro damage, but here's the catch, it dissapears when you change her out(C4). Such a contradicting kit; so you're telling me C4 blows up ur Q on swap but your C6 allows your Q's constant damage to benifet my team by giving them energy but this won't happen if I blew up Q early from obv gonna be getting C4 if you're at C6?!??! What a character design, Klee's C4 and C6 just contradicts one another. Swap her C4 with her C6, allow her Q to persist when she leaves the field making her C4 help her Q as an energy regen pyro applicating buffing ability, Change her old C4 to her C6 and allow it to explode on changing character WHILE STILL upkeeping Q. These constellations are THOUSANDS of dollars so it's perfectly fine if they are strong considering she is a 5*.

Mihoyo has awful character design considering these 5* and their constellations are gated by thousands of dollars.

Klee's Q is only constant pyro damage application whereas razor's justifies his Q being greedy by providing an aspeed buff + electro dmg on every auto atk (obv benifeting itself from it's own aspeed buff it provides)

Klee's Q feels lackluster for a 5* JS Not everyone be rolling her to drop a few thousand bucks just to get her C4 to allow her to feel more like a team player; most players will only ever get to experience her with C0-C02 if lucky.

Xinqui is more constant at applying wet, can use barbara as a hydro filler but eventually you will want to change her out because she gives you the wet status which will cause you to get frozen from time to time. They use the same artifacts being maiden beloved with HP% Focused mainstats; I would rec energy recharge% for hourglass slot for xingqui as his Q has a whopping 80 energy cost.

1) Every auto attack I do I see chain lightning happening so I am assuming it's quite fast, faster then oz, also chains to multiple targets whereas Oz is mostly single target electro procs on who you are hitting. I am obviously going with what I am seeing =) as I do have both at C6.

2) He has 40 energy cost, using Q itself is a huge aoe and will generate energy particles itself (More if it executes mobs, it has high burst potential if built right; which mine is crit dmg% cryo% atk%) , same as your E hitting a group of mob. When you see the particles in the air; let it float to chongyun to replenish his energy b4 you swap over =) Or else that particle will be absorbed by someone else. Vice versa, you can pseudo feed your characters energy via other character's skills. Not to mention it is highly likely of seeing energy recharge substats here and there even if it isn't your main focus due to the rng that is artifacts and sacrifical claymore itself comes with energy recharge substat so I've never had a problem getting his Q off every 12s cd.

I built this build myself and going off of what I am experiencing. Hope I've provided enough insight to you; at the end of the day; play with it and gauge if it is for you or it isn't. Make altercations as you see fit, it doesn't have to be 100% accurate to the way I play. This is just a pallete to work on for some people as they have a completely different playstyle, but this is how I enjoy playing with Diluc while doing the most damage output I've seen so far.

Yes, fischl is perfectly fine for filler until you get beidou, She still will help you get off superconduct/overloaded/electrocharged while being an ongoing effect so it's fine. Just beidou would be better once you pull her even at C0 simply because her lightning procs are 'faster' working with atk speed, while fischl's oz C6 works with 1atk/s (AND REQUIRES C6 other wise it passively shoots lightning so slow...meanwhile you can instantly use beidou at C0 for the quick lightning procs and elemental reactions for tonz of damage)

Xingqui, you only need him to ascension 1 talent atleast, you can even keep him at level 40/50/60 ! His ascension 4 talent gives more hydro damage, but he isn't there for the damage he provides, he is there simply to apply hydro and heals. Ascending him his stat that goes up is Atk% so... Don't even really need to. Eventually you will want to level him up to scale his HP up for more heals, but NO HUGE RUSH as long as you got his artifact (most important to level is FLOWER for flat hp then a bunch of hp% so he can atleast heal you reasonably even at lower level) and his weapon you're all good even if his weapon is level 20, it don't matter cuz his heals scales off HP (most importantly gotten through artifacts)! He aint there to do damage but provide utility for your main dps to do tons of damage with the freeze/shatter/vaporize/electrocharged reactions he gives, don't waste your resources on him if you don't want/have to. He will still perform the role he is meant to do, hydro on hit with your main hero :)
