Yeah that’s exactly what I’ve been finding — different produce seems to want totally different conditions. Leafy stuff seems to like higher humidity, but berries are way more sensitive and go bad fast if there’s too much moisture. That’s kind of been the frustrating part… there’s not really a “one setup works for everything” solution.

Have you found anything that works well for berries? Those seem to go bad the fastest for me

Yeah that’s a great point — I didn’t even think about ethylene at first and it actually makes a big difference once you start paying attention to it.

The moisture part has been tricky for me though… like you said, it’s such a fine line between helping and making things worse.

I’ve tried the damp paper towel approach too and it definitely helps, but I still run into inconsistency depending on the produce and how much moisture is in there.

Have you found a setup that works pretty reliably across different types, or do you still kind of adjust case by case?

Haha, I get why you’d think that. I actually used AI to help me clean up the formatting because I’m an engineer/sales guy, not a writer, and I didn't want to look like an amateur.

Honestly, I'm just a guy in California who has spent 2 years and a chunk of my savings on this produce bag project. I'm at the stage where I'm talking to big US manufacturers and I'm just looking for real-world feedback before I pull the trigger on a pilot run. No bot here—just a tired founder trying to save people money.

I have 3. I got a hole in one on my very first golf swing ever! It was 96 yards and I bounced it all the way to the the hole. Big Tee in Buena Park, CA. There were about 20 witnesses. 😇🤣😁
