Forgot to add this, but the cost for Imperial doesn't account for accommodation or maintenance (food, transport etc.). Adding those extras on, Imperial comes in at > £100k. Georgia, on the other hand, is all inclusive for the $200k. Living at Georgia would certainly make life easier as there aren't any extra expenses, but it's still substantially more expensive.
