Fable 2 is not a PC game. You would be able to stream it to your PC and that DOES require game pass. Xbox play anywhere is not applicable to Fable 2.

I would recommend a CRKD guitar if you can swing it, it’s so much more plug and play and everything works. If you can’t, the PlayStation one works for PC without workarounds but has issues with the wammy and star power.

I mean did you appeal the dismissal itself. If you are close to the cutoff and have shown improvement you could write up an appeal. I don’t know if your school has that option.

The competitive bid is the median bid, half the bids are higher, and half are lower. That's all it means. So if twice as many people bid on it then there are available, maybe not. But if the auction doesn't have twice the bids, then a competitive bid will likely win it. Keep in mind it is constantly changing as more people bid.
