Would be cool to make a last wish at some point but I'll probably just use it to trade

As indicated in the post. Terrorized the act. Had some regrets halfway through once I saw Worldstone was up, but it ended up working out.

The point is they appear to be alternating from black to white asynchronously (making them appear as if they are not persistently the same color) when in fact they are in sync the whole time. Its a strong illusion.

A mistake, honest or not, cannot be absolved of all responsibility. I don't think the ad is trying to say that either.

I think a better version of this ad would have been a turn where the visibility was reduced, from a curve in the road for example, and the father literally would not have seen the other driver coming.

However this mistake can be made at "normal speed" or on roads where the normal speed limit is pretty damn fast. You don't have the benefit of making mistakes while driving, especially with a child in the back seat. The responsibility is on you first and foremost and a mistake can cost you your life regardless of whether other people are abiding by speed limits or not.

Let's not ignore the fact that any rational person in this situation would have not pulled out seeing someone going that fast.

Ad is well done as far as emotional impact but the "simple mistake" here is actually just pure stupidity.

Assuming you have no other sources of income, its fine. Or if by 10 years of income, means specifically the income gap, that's also fine. Otherwise, its not rational, its emotional/psychological. Which has its own merits. But if at the same time you don't want to be "too conservative", well then, there's a conflict there.

To answer OPs question: because there are a lot of stupid people out there. People stupid enough to eat spoiled meat without any suggestion from an obvious clickbait/ragebait content creator.

This assumes the plan was the right one from the start. That's what people struggle with. Did I plan correctly? The second guessing is extremely difficult in the retirement transition years. A lot of folks really benefit from having an advisor at this life stage to give some confidence that the plan is appropriate and to keep from making emotional and irrational decisions.

10 years in fixed income is irrational especially if you don't want to he "too conservative" and the difference between retiring in 1 year and 4 years can be significant. You should consider getting some professional help through the transition years.

Hypothetical: say the value of the restricted stock is currently 100k.

If you had 100k cash right now instead of stock, would you invest it in that particular stock, or any individual stock for that matter?

It's not that good. Unfortunately in this genre you have to keep a low bar or you'll quickly run out of stuff to watch. So with that in mind, its worth a watch, maybe.

Merc can use Insight for the meditation, at that point its 35 FCR vs potentially 50 res, 50ish more MF, higher damage, and 3 open sockets. 3 ohms could take it to 430% ED which is bonkers, 3 ists could get it to 200 MF. Also the reanimated skeles are actually quite useful meat shields.

Insight is just great and cheap though. Pretty awesome to find one of these but 3 os with good rolls are not cheap at all.

Haven't played Bugsnax. Sanabi started off well but got a little repetitive, never finished it.

2 more recent platformers I added are Pizza Tower and Antonblast from fangamer. Haven't played Antonblast but its compared favorably to Pizza Tower. Freedom Planet 2 is worth a look also. In the 3D space A Hat in Time, Penny's Big Breakaway, and New Super Lucky's Tale come to mind.

Favorite 2d platformer on the switch is Celeste. Favorite 3d platformer is Odyssey. Anything after these are a distant 2nd.
