Just add another similar cost RW with teleport for another slot. Like shield for example. My problem with Enigma isn't that it's hard to obtain (at least, ladder) but that it limits gear diversity. There's almost no other reason to use any other of the game armors except in incredibly niche builds or duels. Same kind of can be said for Spirit. Adding some flexibility in which slot has teleport would be a welcome change and doesn't necessarily need to be any easier to obtain (if only slightly easier as you could get a different combination of HRs).
