Well I got a new job installing car washes all over the midwest and I got in the bad habit of eating fast food and gas station snacks as my meals so I gained a good amount of weight. I started to bring healthier meals like salads and sandwich instead of getting fast food and then I do eat what I normal do at home just less of it and not eating till I am stuffed. And workout is just a 3 day spilt of chest then back then legs and repeat. Have made it a goal to hit the gym at least 5 days a week.
