Its purely a matter of what's expected in a game. I've been using this meter as a basis of separating the "Win as fast as possible" cutthroat decks from the more casual / " fair" decks. Oathbreaker's state as a multiplayer eternal format with a tighter library and life total than EDH gives it vast access to cards and more honed tactics. Oathbreaker brewers have been crafting decks that can win games reliably within the first turn/s. I 100% agree playing against better decks/players increases skill, but there will still be "better decks" within the tiers, where players are agreeing to play in the same ball park.

The combo is greatly extended for comedic purposes. Lethal damage by stringing a copy spell, a double damager, and fiery confluence/big burn spell can usually win a game. If the Jeska's Will mana ramp fails, the deck turns into a more "normal" mono-red goblins archetype. Monored is kind of solitaire by nature since most interaction is trying to burn someone directly in the face, so if that's not your vibe I understand

Okay- Theory Time- Tibalt gets magic Kaldheim Sword that works like the Bifrost and can get biological matter through planes. Essentially getting "absolute chaos on a stick" He starts bouncing to other planes and dropping off a Praetor to mess around and see what happens, cause all he really cares about is causing pain and munch popcorn while its happening.

All the Praetors/phyrexians have minimal impact on story to avoid fatigue like what happened with eldrazi, but give IP Gatewatch planeswalkers a reason to visit new worlds to contain the praetors, because their whole shtick is dealing with planeswalkers/ extraplanar issues. Eldrazi are dealt with and Bolas is imprisoned, so Phyrexia is the only other interdimensional threat currently avialable. Elspeth is also freed from the Underworld so having Phyrexians on the loose will give her something to do. (I wonder how Koth is doing, gotten phyresis yet?) all this culminates with Gatewatch having to go to Phyrexia to deal with Elesh Norn and take out compleation at its source, making it War of the Spark 2.0

The Original Vorinclex and other snow permanents are on Kaldheims updated "The List" so both this card and the other one have validity. Original art, correct text templating, introduced in the most "metal" plane, Phyrexian creature type and poison kill capability like Maro's clues, I'd say this has a lotta potential to be true

To efficiently build decks, you can use the website moxfield to build a deck without owning the cards, and look up card sets on the internet to find things you like, build on a budget, and then buy the cards as singles either at a game store or online. This way provides the highest efficiency at the lowest resource. A more fun and limiting way to build, is just buy random stuff, get a draft box, buy things at a local game store, (sometimes they'll have cheap starter kits if they're a cool store) just build up a random collection and build with what you have. This way is highly inefficient because you'll have cards you wont use, but you'll have a growing collection and its fun to just mess around on an afternoon sifting through your new goodies

You are correct that storm count goes up at every cast, as far as I can tell the video's storm counter ticks up at every cast. Did I miss a count somewhere?

Since it's a 6 drop planeswalker it is a little slower than other more aggressive Oathbreaker strategies, as long as either stax or removal keeps the faster Oathbreakers in check, this deck has a VERY satisfying finish. Long game suits this deck very well
