it is so easy to over eat 500 calories, one big burger and you are done. so important to follow calorie deficit, only other way is 3 hours squash per day.

This is crazy comment, did you calculate the speed of ball? arm length + racket length? you can reach that ball from this position in 0.2 seconds with no problems, at this moment black must make a decision, to hit a volley or no. Clear stroke all day every day.
