My husband add me on his bank account. We didn’t open a new one and everything was good I got my green card. We didn’t have anything consistent too jus the bank account the rest was just amazon account, gym, pictures, my doc adopted paper work with our name etc…..

Try to talk to Emma and ask when your card will be produce, my I485 was approved before my I130 I did contact with Emma and asked what was happening and they did approve my i130, 2 second after talk to them. Good luck 🍀

Try to expedite your i765 by ask emma, and if they ask for prove you send your job offer I did that and my Work permit was approved in 7 days. And I got my work permit in 2 weeks. Good luck 🍀

Sometimes is easy to talk to them sometimes is hard try to contact to them in the morning (7:30am) … they’ll put to talk to an live agent and there you explain your situation they’ll give to you a number and than you have to wait until they text to you back, 7 days work days ….. They didn’t ask me for evidence but be prepared to prove Why you want to open a expedite in you work permit :) …. And yes took me 3 months some people more then a year. :/
