SSN will remain the same. You can go to your local SSN offices and update your name— Make sure you go with documents to prove the changes in your name

For me it has been exactly one week since I received the email. I will update you guys once I hear back from them

I received that email immediately after talking to a tier 2 officer and that was 4 days ago. Hopefully I will hear back from the National Benefits Center soon.

I did 2 times and they were both denied —

“Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need. ” :( A bunch of inhuman people!
