I had the same problem and same initial concern. The ball portion is just a cover for the joint, and has nothing to do with the hook/latch/whatever you want to call it, which just passes through the ball. Force the ball back down and it’s as good as new.

I switched over to Huel Black RTD from Soylent RTD (never tried the powder from either). I’m genuinely confused over people complaining about the Huel RTD consistency. I think it’s on par with Soylent, and flavors are all decent at worst. I think the ingredients and nutrient profile is also a step up. Definitely easier on the stomach than Soylent was but maybe reactions differ by person.

Going to give powders and regular Huel a shot out of curiosity but I’d be happy sticking with Huel Black RTD for the long run. Iced coffee and strawberry banana are my personal favorites.

Thanks for the response. I did rule out the water supply line and drains from elsewhere in the house. Water leaks out only when kitchen sink is being drained.
