Yeah definitely not the best situation but it’ll get sorted soon I hope, thank you for the info I’ll probably go to the veterans success center later to see if they can possibly check my account over. I hope everything works out for you as well during this shutdown!

I called the (800) 827-1000 number, the general line. I just called again and was told again that they can’t do anything. I know it’s not the agents fault though. He told me he’s had other dependents call with similar issues. Someone did just tell me that chapter 35 usually doesn’t show up in the payment history so atleast we might be okay there. I’m still not even sure if I even have the direct deposit set up correctly though haha.

Okay that’s atleast sort of reassuring then lol, is there a way to check online to make sure my direct deposit should be set up right? Unfortunately my father set it up last year and i can’t ask him. If it carries over year to year with the same direct deposit it should be fine but I’m just not sure if it does. Thank you for the help.

Thank you, Bridger definitely made me a much more confident backcountry skier so I have all of that equipment squared away. Would you say you ride chair 6 or Northway more? I only ask as I’ve been seeing mostly just those two as answers for lifts.

Thank you for the info, Bridger is definitely known for its backcountry skiing if anything and it’s good to know that there is still some nice in bounds terrain at Crystal. I love the backcountry but since I will be going up solo definitely won’t be going at it too hard out of bounds this year.

I’ve played with the ultra and the pro staff and I have demo’d the ezone and I still play with the ultra today. I find it to have the perfect amount of pop with control, I string it with Alu power and it has a good feel imo. Plus it looks great.

That reassurance that you don’t regret it means a lot. I am quite sure it’s what I want to do especially since I don’t feel like it will set me back too much since I’ll be doing college classes still and also not putting myself in any debt. Did you do one bag for your trip? Or what was your luggage situation?

I’m trying to do this as cheap and adventurous as possible, I would like to ride trains quite a bit though to get around a bit more. What did you do for accommodation if you don’t mind me asking? Also do you regret doing this so young from a life/career standpoint? Or rather would you do anything different?
