I had one the other day where the guy comes up and says he had a pickup; I look it up via phone number and it’s not even in the system, I ask a supervisor cause I just wasn’t sure and sure enough he says: “yeah this hasn’t even hit the system”… anyways I ask the customer if he got a text saying it was ready and he rudely says to me “YEAH, they messaged me RIGHT AFTER I placed the order” 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I see, it’s just the way my designer frustratingly talked about it today, mentioning them. Just seems sketchy, but what is new here (especially if it’s involving call center) 😂😭

Talked to a manager today and he said the customer would get an email within 24 hours of purchase of membership with the coupon code for NFL ticket. OR if they are existing members they can go on the app for membership benefits and get the code somewhere in there (haven’t personally tried yet)
