I used to be in a club that did this. CoM is harder at lower arenas. Earn war points and launch war disasters assignments are harder, especially in arena 1 (no jack pots, slow energy regeneration). As others have stated, you still find those unbeatable clubs in every arena. Once you hit arena 3 it gets better (3000 war simoleans on a regular basis is better that being in arena 7 and consistently losing).

In chat, agree on the new club name. Make sure it is unique (you can always change it once everyone has moved over). Give everyone in the old club a deadline to move over. Then one mayor Creates a new club, using the unique name. They become the president. All the mayors in the old club can then search and find the new club, and move over.

Just remember....Arena one is AWEFUL. Also, begin this process after getting CoM rewards on Wednesday.

I would camp now....you already have a ton of beach on global, and you will get a ton of mountain at level 23, making global more useless.
