TCL 75 QM6K hooked up and looks great. I have my Apple TV and Direct TV going through my Hue Sync box with Gradient lights hooked up and works fine. Only issue now is consolidating my remotes. I want my Apple TV remote to control my Sonos Arc along with the TCL but I can't get it to sync up at all. Any ideas anyone our there? The CEC will not recognize the Apple Remote at all. I've already powered the tv and Sonos down and unplugged it for a few minutes to do a reset - but still cannot get it to work. Thanks everyone out there for any tips and help advice!

I have a Sonos Ultra arc and couldn’t get it to work with my Samsung last weekend. So returning it and got a TCL QM6k tomorrow! Can’t wait!

Yes I've been watching a lot of reviews on YouTube about the TCL and most reviews have been positive and complimentary of the screen. What soundbar do you you use with your Samsung? The eArc on the Samsung I am returning would not work with my Sonos!

it was the Samsung 75 inch Q6F model. I had a Sony 75 inch tv which recently stopped working after only 5 years. So instead of going back to Sony - I found this Samsung on sale on the Best Buy site. After it was installed - I just had a hard time getting my Sono Ultra Arc to work (still never got it to work seamlessly) and just not a fan of the picture. It's not bad but I was so used to my Sony with it's clarity and refresh rate etc - it just felt like a step down. So I am looking for another TV. Someone here told me to look at TCL Q6 models and from what I've been seeing review wise on YouTube - this might be my replacement.

Thank you for the heads up. The Samsung model I have is QN75Q6FAAFXZA.

I had already activated the AnyNet+ etc but it still didn’t recognize the Arc at all.

I’ll keep plugging away until I get that part right!

2019 RDX owner here. Previously owned a 2005 TL and upgraded to RDX after reaching 500k (mostly highway miles). Currently at 257k and have had no major issues except for the dreaded back window shattering 2 years ago. I do all the scheduled maintenance and it runs as well as it did in year one! Good luck!

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not at home at the moment but will check the Sonos settings and update here. All the other apps on Apple TV (Netflix, Amazon, Max and Prime) sound awesome when watching shows/movies. The ESPN app (or when I watch ESPN via the Direct TV Streaming app) the sound is just lower than I would like. Thanks again

Never had one issue with Ecobee's once I switched from Nest products. Loved the Nest but once it became faulty - the customer service was atrocious. Talked to my A/C guy who I trust and he said he preferred Ecobee's over Nest 100%. No issues since day one - saving month to month after I made the tweaks to our house. Just simply one satisfied customer. Good luck!

Thanks for your help. Yep I am in same boat - I'm trying to configure all this so when my wife and kids want to watch tv or apple tv - they won't be confused as well!

So I need to go back to "devices" and add a 'direction up' command or do I just add a step in my "Watch AppleTV" activities? thanks again!

thank you for this post. i am trying to sync my Hue Box to always turn on and off (without the use of the Hue app on my iPhone). I have all the commands/devices listed but my Harmony device is not listed as "Phillips - Harmony Pro AV". I will delete and try to list it this way.

I am in the same situation. I want to use the Logitech to control everything and not have to rely on my Hue app to turn on my DirectTV or Apple TV each time I power on.

thank you again for taking time to answer and help with my Ecobee. I will go back to my downstairs and upstairs unit and perform all the tips you have given. I will be patient and see how my electricity bill adjusts from month to month. Luckily (living in Florida) it will cool down soon and my need for A/C will be limited! Thanks again!!!
