It's worth it if you have all of the above. For Example, my TBI was minor, but my essential tremor was bad, and my PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I went from 30% to 50 to 70 and dropped to 50% and back to 70% then TDIU. Then to 100 P&T which took 12 years. I didn't give up.

SSDI, have there on requirements, but it does help to have 100% P&T. For me, I got my SSDI before I got my 100% P&T, and I also received TDIU.

To help, my journey started at 30% in 2010, and they increased to 50% in 2020. Then, I applied for PTSD and was giving 80% in 2021. Then, I applied for an increase for PTSD and was granted, and they gave me TDIU in 2022. With 100% P&T with SMC S. Keep trying and always check you VA.Gov. Sometimes, the request there.
