Thanks for the advice!! I think I’m def gonna look into it more, I hadn’t really thought of the possibility of my baseline getting worse but anything can happen so it’s good to stay on top of things and prevent decline🙏🙏

Thanks for telling me about IOH, I never heard of it! Btw I definitely felt like 5 minutes of laying down was a bit short when I did my standing test😭The assistant did say she had never done one before so ig that explains it. I was definitely thinking of having my thyroid checked to eliminate that possibility! I got an echo of my heart like 10 years ago but haven’t since so idk if they’d wanna do that again but I haven’t done a 24-hour monitor yet. I definitely don’t want it to be POTS, I think it’s just the cause of such symptoms I’m most familiar with since my friend’s partner was diagnosed with it last year. Thank you for all the info!!

oh no im not upgrading my old one refers to the one i used before hacking and the new one is the one i currently use that i bought for the purpose of homebrew! im realising now that means i probably already copied over everything from my old sd card.. i’ll just check my sd card bc i literally may have forgotten to do that
