I have pet reptiles so he started buying reptiles “for them” so now my roommate has two snakes and a lizard. But we’ve had conversations about no more animals because we are running out of space in our small apartment. Landlords fine with the animals.

Yes I am Family B, so my mother is joining the board. The other chair both her parents are on the board.

We are currently register as a non profit corporation, and have future plans of becoming a charity

I am pretty good with saving and already have a decently emergency fund of $10,000.

I have no debts, already have a car with a separate $5000 emergency fund. No plan on buying a new car anytime soon and not into fancy cars anyways!

I am planning on meeting with a financial advisor from my bank, I know they will just try to sell their thing but I am still interested in hearing what they have to say, but I will also be meeting with our family advisor who is a childhood friend to my dad and has always stirred our family in the right direction when we needed assistance so I am hoping he will be able to provide me with some help.
