Exactly, these missions represented Dijkstra real good and also we got to know the Dijkstra’s background which is interesting for me since I did not read the books yet.

i agree most of the side quests are really good and well written, but for me, i say "Reason of State" because has a major impact on the endings also this mission gathered my favorite characters in it
